Making healthy choices can be a challenge during the holidays — you may be tempted by all the party food, can’t find time to exercise, keep adding more items to your already too long to-do list, stress because you have to cook for the entire extended family or struggle with seasonal depression. I asked several health experts (and a few regular folks) for some holiday healthy tips, which Sharon Vaznis and I talked about on the Morning Report.
Sharon’s advice to me was “moderation,” but I confess I wasted no time getting into the peanut butter fudge my cousin made me for Christmas.
