Hooping builds core strength, provides a great cardiovascular workout (up to 500 calories an hour!), reduces stress, clears your mind and makes you happy! If you’ve never tried hooping, give it a spin. You are guaranteed to smile.

With a custom made weighted hoop (provided for class use and available for purchase), anyone can learn to hula hoop. This class is for all ages (5+) and fitness levels and you can advance at your own pace.
